By purchasing an OXYS® Clean Air product, you are making an investment for your commercial activity space, or for your home. Purchasing directly from OXY®S Clean Air (on its website or via the call center) or through the network of authorized distributors and dealers is the only way to guarantee that the products purchased are worth the investment.

In a nutshell, unauthorized resellers produce dissatisfied customers. Avoid purchasing from auction sites or from suppliers not officially authorized by OXYS® Clean Air.

Although it may be similar or comparable to a genuine OXYS® Clean Air product, the product does not benefit from our official warranty (which includes the scientific data of compliance with the technological solution presented) and we will not be able to repair it. There is a possibility that you are purchasing a counterfeit or damaged product. Also, be careful about purchasing unauthorized accessories. These could damage your equipment and as a result, neither the accessory nor the equipment will be repaired by OXYS® Clean Air.

OXYS® Clean Air invests significant resources in the design, production, promotion, and protection of its products and underlying intellectual property.

OXYS® Clean Air registered trademarks are protected by international law and the company reserves the right to take legal action in the event of infringement of legally protected trademarks and products. We regularly monitor the Internet, including auction sites, in order to protect our intellectual property rights. Reselling, trading, or auctioning OXYS® Clean Air items subject to copyright is illegal and may result in liability for damages and criminal penalties.

OXYS® Clean Air products are available from a large number of national or regional distributors and from online distributors and authorized independent dealers.

The availability of models varies depending on the distribution channel.

We only accept Importers/Distributors/Resellers with a company legally incorporated in the country of origin. To be eligible to be part of our OXYS® Clean Air Dealer Program if you meet the following requirements:

• Ensure the sale of at least 15 pieces of equipment/month.
• Have a verifiable commercial online site (website and/or online store), company email, business name, phone number, and address.
• Have at least one retail space open to the public, and/or an online marketplace or store.
• Promptly resolve SPAM, copyright, and abuse reports from your end-users and any other violations of the OXYS® Clean Air sales agreement in case of sales on marketplaces and online stores.
• Be able to provide first-rate support to your customers and end-users.
• Resell the associated products and services (maintenance/repair and warranty claims) on behalf of your company and bill your end-users and customers.

AMERICAS: United States of America, Canada, and Mexico

ASIPAC: South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, and Malaysia
